HRS Thermblock M Series: Packaged multitube pasteurizer and sterilizer
HRS Thermblock M Series is a solution for thermal treatment for pasteurising and sterilization of food products, with low or medium viscosity in the food industry for aseptic filling processes or any other filling/packaging method.

In this series, the sterilizer is composed of multitubular corrugated tube heat exchangers of HRS MI Series and HRS MR Series.
The sterilizer is a single and compact group which is operated from a single control panel. Due to its design it is an easy to operate equipment, of high flexibility and reliable productivity.

HRS Thermblock M series allows the adjustment of heating-holding-cooling cycle of the product in the way that it best suits your needs. It can also work with HTST (High Temperature Short Time) method, in other words, it is able to bring the product under high temperatures for a short time. In this way you achieve a highly efficient process, which allows you to optimise the sterilization process, ensuring that you achieve all the desired effects of it and, at the same time, minimise the undesirable side-effects (organoleptic and/or nutritive losses).
The sterilizer can optionally feature a receipt, deaireation and product impulsion that ensures the absence of air during the thermal treatment stage.

HRS Thermblock M series sterilizers can be designed for energy recovery, either direct or indirect, which allows to recover 80-90% of the required energy, thus greatly reducing the energy consumption respect to designs without energy recovery. The return of investment with this kind of design is very short.
