HRS Aseptic Block Series: Packaged sterilizer and aseptic filler
HRS Aseptic block series is a compact and small solution for thermal treatment and aseptic filling within a wide range of products for the food industry, with the same characteristics in quality and aseptic reliability as bigger size plants.
Both the aseptic sterilizer and the aseptic filler conform a single and compact group and are operated from the same control panel. Due to its design it is an easily operated equipment, flexible and highly reliable.

The aseptic sterilizer, designed by HRS, allows the adjustment of every step of the process (heating/holding/cooling) in an optimal way, according to customer requirements. It is thus obtained a highly efficient process, optimising the product pasteurisation process and reducing the undesired side effects of the thermal treatment that might affect to organoleptic and nutritional properties of the produce.
The aseptic filler, also designed by HRS, grants a high filling capacity and a highly reliable process during the aseptic filling.
The sterilizer can include a high pressure piston volumetric pump with frequency converter, suitable for high viscosity products such as tomato paste or some purees. Working pressures up to 180 bar can be reached.

With pressures up to 40 bar or products with particulates, HRS has developed the HRS BP Series piston pump. This pump is manufactured in stainless steel, without plastic parts, and allows a temperature design of 120ºC, CIP cleaning, working in aseptic process, etc.
The sterilizer can optionally feature a receipt, deaeration and product impulsion that ensures the absence of air during the thermal treatment stage.

Designed for processing highly viscous products and with high consistency, and also for particulate products.

Compact and unique design, with all the components pre loaded on a single supporting structure made on stainless steel.

Each of the sections of the thermal treatment steps are made with corrugated tube heat exchangers with multitube, double tube or annular space, depending on the type of product to process.

It includes a buffer tank for produce reception and deaireator for removing the air, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the thermal treatment.

It allows high pressure designs for viscous products.

For particulate products, it includes the HRS BP Series piston pump, which allows processing delicate products without breaking nor damaging them.

The new design of the HRS aseptic headers allows a high filling speed and can perform vertical movements to avoid stress in the bag spout welding.

There is a roller conveyor under each filling header for the input and output of the bins with a filling and weighting platform.

The sterilisation on the pasteuriser is done with overheated water. The sterilization of the headers and the exposed zones is done with sanitary steam. No chemical agents required for sterilization.

Highly hygienic by means of automatic Cleaning In Place (CIP) system.

The headers include a pneumatic system that allows the extraction of condensates during the filling process.
